Yes yoga will definitely reduce your weight. Yoga is a philosophy of life and living, practised by the hindus. If u follow it closely, u will definitely benefit. U will reduce weight, and the loss in weight would be permanant, i.e. if u reduce your exercise, u will not immediately begin to put on weight again.

yes yoga really helps reducing weight. people can loose upto 4 kgs in a month if yoga is done strictly without eating fried food stuffs. this happens because the internal organs of your body get exercise while doing yoga, this increases the metabolism of the body, making one more active nd this helps in shedding all those kilos.
of course you must be regular, u must find out the amount of time you need to spend doing yoga daily.
other ways of losing weight are doing exercises at your own home, joining an aerobics class, even fun things like learning the salsa, or bhangra can get you to shed those extra kilos. or as every 1 else does, u can also hit the gym.

weight can be reduce by regular walking.
by eating less calorie food.
avoiding chocolatew and pizza`s and other fast food.
and by keeping happy others and urself
