You can eat as usual three times a day. But your food should be rich in fibre content and low in carbohydrate content. Also eat a lot of fruits dont take it as Juice eat the fruit directly because in juice you tend to add sugar but when you take it directly so that you get the vitamins in the fruit without any artificial additives.

There is no fixed answer to that one. In any case stop getting fixated on this weight loss thing. A good traditional balanced Indian meal is best. There is no point being thin but physically unfit. Exercise is an absolute requirement. What is more important is to be physically fit and follow the standard rule of - "a king's breakfast, a commoner's lunch and a pauper's dinner". Whenever you eat, eat slowly and when you have a doubt whether you need another helping, simply stop. There's a good article on this subject. Read it at http://www.ldsmag.com/healthyoutlook/060830obesity.html

Having a healthy, beautiful body is about life style a s much as food. Below I have listed the things various medical professionals have recommended to me over the years. In my experience they work wonders, not only making you slim, but they will also make you feel great inside and out with plenty of energy.
- Eat 3 lean meals a day, never skip a meal.
- Do not eat in between meals
- Do not eat your dinner late at night (try 6-7PM) , this will make your stomach flatter in the morning as well as helping you lose weight.
- Eat small helpings
- Eat a diet based on fresh vegetables, whole grains, pulses, fruit, organic dairy products (in stead of bread products and meat)
- Avoid alcohol, sugar, fried foods, caffeine entirely
- Avoid preproduced foods (anything in a tin, a jar or frozen) as much as you can, make fresh stuff in stead
- Use only real butter or olive oil, and in moderation
- Eat only 3 portions of fish or lean meat a week
- Drink plenty of water (min.1 liter a day, 2 is better)
- Avoid sugary, fizzy drinks or prepacked juices. Make fresh juice in stead.
-Take at least 30 minutes of exercise a day (just a half hour walk around the block will do)
- Get enough sleep, 8 hours is a must
- Avoid stress, it can make you fat!
- Do things you love, it will make you more positive, which in turn helps with losing weight
-Give yourself a little treat now and again, but choose something of high quality: go for a snack from an organic store, where white sugar is usually replaced with a better sweetener, bake your own cake, make your own burger (with lean meat baked in quality oil, fresh tomatoes, etc).
It is better to give yourself a small, but quality piece of chocolate now and again if you are craving it, than to try and starve yourself from treats entirely.
A good tactic is to delay having the treat (I´ll have it this afternoon in stead of right now, or tomorrow, or un Sunday), that way you are not saying no to yourself, but not indulging every whim either.
- Above all: LOVE YOUR FOOD AND LOVE YOUR BODY!!! Make every meal a healthy, yummy, quality feast of colour and taste; treat yourself nicely; enjoy your exercise. That way your new life style will be a great experience.
Try changing your life style one step at a time, and don´t give up.
Good luck!

6 times. Evenly balanced throughout the day. Or 3 well-balanced meals and 3 healthy snacks...also evenly balanced throughout the day. Try to get a variety of food groups in there. Particularly the healthy ones.

3 meals of smaller portion at regular meal times. Breakfast is most important; it will prevent you from feeling grumpy and not being focused due to low sugar level, setting the mood for the day.
Eat as many times as you want outside of regular meals, but only allow yourself fruit and veggies.

I think this question is a little backwards, however, I've heard somewhere around six LIGHT meals (not really "meals" though) a day, but there's a lot more to it than that though. Watch your fat intake, sugar intake, and carbohydrates intake as well. Good luck.
