My neighbor says her daughter is stronger than me, she plays tennis and field hockey. i am 10 stone and never do sport. i can bench 50lbs, what do you think the girl could bench? do you think she could be right?

Your neighbor has too much time on her hands! And obviously just has to boast about her little princess. Its unlikely that a child of that age will be stronger than a man (even a "weakish" one). Don't let it worry you, and let your misguided neighbor brag to someone else!!

Maybe the girl is healthy and robust. Maybe she can bench 50lbs or more, but that is not the proper test. Maybe in a physical, face to face confrontation the girl may win. It would be fun to try.

methinks you are as you can fight dirty and sucker punch her when she is not looking! don't even give her a chance as those young girls are a real threat but you are the smarter of the two and brains always wins over brawn..

It depends how much muscle she has. I very much doubt she is stronger than you, you probably have far more lean body mass than she does.

I don't know.....I was helping a farmer I know years ago move around panels. He is in his 60's and wow that dude is strong!!
