I was walking towards her as she was walking towards me and she just staird at the ground wilst I was looking at her, but she seems and seemed to look at me from affar what is this girls I like her but does she like me, or am I just an annoying guy to her that looks at her.

Hi, Maybe she is waiting for you to actually say something to her. I know that when a guy has the balls to come up to me and say hi instead of just looking, it really gets my attention.

I think you should approach her.It's no point if you just wait and hope for her to notice you and come and talk to you.You have to take the first step or nobody will.The reason why she didn't look at you is because-does she want to?Think about it...

She is probably nervous. Maybe you intimidate her. Try talking to her.
