We don't know your age. You could be 13yo or 53yo.
You could have pms & it could be hormones from that. Or if you're older it could be hormones from menopause.
Or you could just be going through what all normal teenagers go through.
No matter your age, you ARE suppose to be here! If you truly believe you are not suppose to be here then you should really talk to someone. If you are young, ask your parents about taking you to a counselor, or talk to a guidance counselor at school.

if you don't want to see a doc see a social worker. You've done well to admit that you have a problem but the only way to really know whats going on is to see a medical doc (they aren't allowed to tell anyone else about anything you talk about unless you give them permission) the doc will then know weather to refer you to a pshyc or he can have some tests done to see if you have a hormonal or chemical imbalance and treat you accordingly. I know of someone that had the same symptoms as you, she went to the doc and after a few tests and a diet change, she is as good as new!

Get medical advice, you may well have hormone problems/severe PMT. If you want to sort this out then you NEED to see a doctor if you wont then you will possibly go on suffering. You can try anger management but that will only help so far if its a chemical problem causing your mood swings

Maybe it is hormone imbalance or it could be signs of menopause. It depends on your age.
