Is it true that if you overcook kidney beans, they will cause you to vomit?

Nope, but it could be possible for very hot or very cold foods to come back up. At least for me anyway.

I think this is an "urbane legend" because, we use these beans in a lot of our cooking and, much of it is reheated therefore over cooked.
