I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with make-up. The prime cause is usually not the make-up but the cleansing routine. You must be very thorough when removing make-up at the end of the day. Never be tempted to go to sleep without cleansing your face. You might also like to add a cleansing lotion and toner to your nightly routine. Do not use soap. Deep cleansing your face will prevent your pores from becoming clogged which enable bacteria to grow.

I always had this problem....and it didn't matter how much cleansing I did at the end of the day...finally I gave up..and went natural...well, sort of..I still used mascara and a little eye shadow..and lip stick...

I also found out a lot of men don't like for women to wear a lot of makeup........which ,in my case, was a good thing........

I am older now..and I don't know if not using a lot of makeup over the years helped or not...but my complexion is great and the girls I went to school with..their makeup seems to keep getting thicker with each year that passes...true....

I really never found a way to solve this problem..I tried every brand and product on the market..and nothing worked with my skin...

It is important to use skin friendly products and not pinch the pustules so that there are no scars formed. A good soap like Neutrogena or Cetaphil is recommended. Mild oil free skin creams should only be used . More remedies at http://arzi.org/

If you are going somewhere that you want to wear makeup, then you need to find one that is non-comedogenic, which means it won't clog your pores, after all that is what blackheads and pimples are is clogged pores. Almay and Neutrogena make one...you just have to read the labels to make sure that it says that exact word...non-comedogenic

2nd the appropriate cleansing, but if that doesn't work it's probably the type of makeup you're using. My skin cleared up great after I started using mineral makeup (I use Bare Escentuals, but there are tons of others). It's just finding what's right for you, and that takes experimentation.

I am a guy so I don't wear make up but I do work out a lot and some times my pores become dirty. I use a Mint Julupe face masque it is inexpensive and feels great. My skin becomes clear and shrinks my pores.

TRY DIFFERNT MAKEUPS MY GIRLFRIEND USES BARE ESSCENTUALS MAKEUP IT IS ALL NATURAL AND NOURISHES THE SKIN.....it works, she has beautiful skin
