Who remembers the famous doughnut place and whatever happened to them? They did the best Doughnuts EVER i wish we could re open one....... any one know how they made them so damn gorgeous or where they got there stock from?

There were 2 in Eastbourne and they used to be around when i was at primary school i am now 23 nearly 24, maybe they only had them here then but i sure miss them they were the biggest tastiest doughnuts EVER......

I dont remember Doughnut King but have you tried Krispy Kremes? They are really good and they have quite a selection.
Unfortunately they always seem to take the good things away!

I remember them!!! They were huge!! Their Blueberry flavour filled ones were to die for. They were almost as big as my kids heads!😃
I used to live in Fareham, Hants and delivered to Eastbourne. When I had the chance I would get to the shop and stock up. The one I went to was near the train station I think? There was also 1 or 2 in Brighton.
I miss them...😒

Yes, the one in Eastbourne near the station was great. The Chocolate Orange was the best ever. I'm still mourning its passing!

I don't remember them but i do remember "Dunkin Donuts" which were sold in garages and some shops. They were moreish especially the toffee apple ones.

I don't remember them are you sure it was in the UK , I'm 28 was it before my time ?
