I want to know how many iches your waist and hips should be before you are classed as overwieght

That is impossible to answer. Everyone has a different body shape, so the ratio between the hips and waist varies. Focus more on your body fat %, which is a better gauge on how fit you are than waist measurement, pounds, etc.

There is only a classifcation for waist size and that is no more than half your height in inches. For example, if you are 5ft4, (64 inches) your waist should be no more than 32 inches.

Hip size and bust size are irrelevant. The only other measurement that matters is your body fat percentage.

For a woman it is very dangerous for her health if her waist is larger than 80 centimetres. pls check an online length convertor to see how much is it in inches. if the waist is larget than 80 cm, there can be a lot of health problems such as hearth diseases or cholesterol....

for men I think it is 95 cm....
