well,i usually take them in the morning but on those rare ocassions i only remember to in the evening i wonder wether it'd still be as effective or even neccessary to take the vitamins.

Better to be taken in the morning, to get good vitality during the day, also Multi-Vitamin preparation contains some vitamins which may interrupt your sleep.

i try to split my vitamins in the am and the pm this way it gets in the body over a 12 hours instead of 24...after so many hours most of the water soluble vitamins are peed out anyway..America has the most expensive urine in the world.

When you take them does not matter. That you take them is...so at night is completely fine. The body uses them primarily during sleep to help rebuild the body after a day of activity, so night time is good too.
