The fact that he married Khadijah bint Khuwailid (RA) and lived a monogamous life (for twenty-seven years) till she died, showed that he (SAW) was not a "sexually obsessed man."
The reason he stayed faithful was because she was his sugar mama,and he had a prenuptial agreement with her, try again my friend.

Messenger and blessing of Allah the Muhammad pbuh had not 44 wives. But if you read bible you will the Prophet Solomen have had more than 100 wives

He married women who had become widows. I believe their relationships were basically platonic, and he took it upon himself to care for them. His true love, his first wife Kadisha had passed away. Well i say 58 becasue you cant count a 6 yr old as a woman!
