Insurers in the UK?

I need a list of all the insurance companies that operate in the UK. It doesnt mater what type of insurance they offer, e.g. car, pet, boat etc.

Then google it.There are thousands of insurance companies and im stuffed if im going to do you a list.

Most insurers will be members of the Association of British Insurers. You can see their member list at http://www.abi.org.uk/CompanyList/default.asp
