I'm not really interested in a full force diet, but any recommendations for the best diet pills, that will perhaps help curb my appetite?

diet pills only help for a short time then you are back to binge eating. it is a sign you have a eating disorder.

if you deny this it is like saying you are just a little bit pregnant. sooner or latter the problem will only get worse and maybe in another form besides food.

see THE DAYS OF WINE AND ROSES'" STARRING jack lemon

appetite is of the mind and hunger is of the body.
don't confuse hunger with thirst and drink plenty of water
eat natural foods ...fruit and veggies
stay away from fast food and most snack food.
eat a good breakfast high in fiber..oatmeal and you can add an egg or two..keeps you satisfied most of the day...also don't let your self get to tired or two hungry..avoid excessive alcohol..smOKing is ok but you have other health issues..
just use some will power and common sense

Pills and medicine would not be a healthy substitute for eating. It would the same as starting smoking to suppress your appetite...replacing one vice with another. The bottom line, you need to eat smaller meals at 2.5-3 hours spans, 5-6 times a day. This will shrink your intake capability and you will begin to be incapable of eating as much. If you add to this a short exercise of 30 minutes every other day such as running, tennis, dancing (get your blood pressure pumping), you will see yourself burning fat.
There is NO easy healthy option.
