Please bear with my antiquated measurement system...

The ideal weight loss range is 1-2 pounds per week, so 0.4-0.9 kg per week. Let's be optomistic and round up, and you are looking at 30 kg in 30 weeks, at least. As it gets harder to lose weight as you get closer to your ideal weight range, I'll add a couple plateau weeks, and say around 40 weeks/9 months. If it takes a full year, that's still a really fast result!

hi i took me 5-6 months to lose 25 kilos post baby i was 92 kg now am about 68 kgs and 5'8 i did cardio for 90 mins a day and ate a sensible diet go and see a dietician i did and it was great goodluck if i can help anymore with my methods let me know

Well, it took me 6 months to lose 15 kg, but I'm in China. Perhaps you have a different lifestyle in the US. It may take you indefinitely.

i did a diet programme from romar health and wellbeing that was healthy and helped me lose around 6lbs a week and inches off my boby it was great and ive kept it off email shellyporter@hotmail.co.uk if you want her help
