What's so peculiar about this sentence?

I do not know where family doctors acquired illegibly perplexing handwriting; nevertheless, extraordinary pharmaceutical intellectuality, counterbalancing indecipherability, transcendentalizes intercommunications' incomprehensibleness.

Well, the first thing I noticed is that it is a 'run-on' sentence? About 8 words too long?

p.s. the words get bigger longer and harder to understand as you read down through the sentence?

Like it starts out 1.2letters, 3letters etc each word adds one more letter to it!

it incorporates al the letters of the alphabet at least once?

kinda like: a quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog?

no conjunctions? or is it because the words started from one letter to 20 letters from beginning to end for the 20 words?
