There are many companies that do these activities as part of their consultancy services. They are not specific to just time and motions. Organisations such as PCW would undertake this job as part of an overall business strategy

No. That's why nothing works very well in the UK. Any idiot would consider it worthwhile to do studies to predict, for example, people flows in London and then calibrate transport accordingly. But the British aren't any idiot: they are a very special greedy, nasty idiot who does not do things like this and instead just bumbles from week to week checking their share prices and meeting in dark gentleman's clubs to eat pheasant and drink single malt. Pathetic!
