It means mindfullness. Understand your thoughts in an objective sense. Pay attention to the now, your thoughts are leading you from the "fundemental point". do you understand this?
How to watch, i sense you already know. But here goes: Zazen, meditation. clean the mirror of your mind. Stop filtering everything through your perspective. What is, is. Not, what you think is. I assure you it is not.
What's with the"...no mind, zen, god(?) There are no gods in Zen. Osho was like everyone else. He was "enlightened"? Oh boy! News flash, it's our original face. We are all enlightened. Just get the dust out of your eyes.

BBC America carries programming such as Torchwood, Doctor Who, MI5 and many, many others. The Public Broadcasting System airs older British Comedies like Keeping Up Apearances, Are You Being Served, Red Dwarf, Waiting for God and others. Of course, many American Television Hits have been derived from British Television Originals, such as American Idol, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, The Weakest Link, Sanford and Son (from Steptoe and Son), All in the Family, etc.

1. Yes,
2.Just sit comfotably in any posture ( initially you can lie down in let go position) ,close your eyes gently and leave your mind . 95% time it will go in past happening and 5% in future happeneing or planning and it will osscilate between past and future continewsly. Just be aware this happening ,do not involve in those happening. Initially for few months, you will be invoved in these happening but slowly you will be away from these happening and slowly you will feel internal peace as well as increase of mind ability during work, increase your wisdom.
2. Past and future coming to your mind will be of any quality ,but you have to be witness /aware of it only .

If you do not learn to watch your thoughts you are basically a slave to them. Any thought that pops into your head you believe is your reality and you will follow it.
When you learn to meditate, you learn that these thoughts are almost always utterly and completely meaningless at best and damaging to you at worse.
So, watching your thoughts (mindfulness) is the foundation for Buddhist morality. It is the best way in determining what will guide your actions.

Well, I suppose you could try to turn your eyes around to see inside your head but there isn't much light and I would think that would really be painful.

Just be "aware" of your thoughts, you are the awareness, not your thoughts.
