Well, you can't be called a Catholic unless you are already baptized...so the answer would be NO, because you can only be baptized ONCE.
Now, as a point of knowledge, yes, a muslim can baptize a non baptized person. The only conditions for baptism are 1. intent to baptize, 2. flowing water, and 3. the words" I baptize you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."

Yes. Believe me, I'm a Catholic that takes my Catechism classes, and in order to baptize someone, all that is necessary is for you to have the right intention of sincerely trying to do what the Chuch wants you to do. So yes, the Muslim could baptize someone to make him Catholic.

The answer is "yes". In fact, a person who does not even believe in God can baptize a person if it is the wish of the person being baptized and the person is in danger of imminent death.
All that needs to be done is to pour water over the person's head while saying "I baptize you in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit"

No, Catholics are already baptized.
However, in case of necessity, anyone, even a non-baptized person, with the required intention, can baptize, by using the Trinitarian baptismal formula:
[name], I baptize you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit."
With love in Christ.

Can A Muslim Baptize? Yes (I do believe so).
However, given the fact that Muslisms do not beleive Jesus to be Divine, one will be hardpressed to find a Muslim who is actually willing to Baptize someone in the name of Jesus Christ.

Well, no. If he's a Catholic, he's already been baptized prior to that.
Simple as that.
