I discovered that I feel very sleepy around 7 p.m. I discovered the fact when I started taking late microcomputer classes. Many people would say that it's probably because it's boring- no I like the material, but no matter how much I sleep the previous night exactly around 7p.m. I feel so drowsy that I cannot keep my eyes open. That's really bothering me, because the teacher might get really upset if i keep doing that.Last night I slept 10 hours hoping that wouldn't happen. On the contrary around 7p.m. it was impossible to keep my eyes open. It always takes around 20 min and my brain switches back on....Is this some kind of disease, or a game of my biological clock...I'm kinda freaked out:)

There isn't a simple explanation for this. From what I've found out it's low blood sugar. About noon or the time you eat lunch, the worst time of day for this, your blood is low. You eat but, by the time your body starts using this new food, your already low and you slow down.
University and college classes are the worst at this time for most students, especially those that don't eat breakfast, thier blood is very low by now and can't catch up.

Power naps sometimes help. other times just make matters worse. The best way to beat this is to sleep well, eat a good well rounded breakfast and if you can, a mid morning snack. This will improve your stamina and long time running.
After lunch is another matter. Your body is working on the digestion process and is slowing down again. It's hard to stay awake in classes. Get some fresh air, this sometimes helps.

No, it's normal to have these moments where you could fall asleep on the spot. For most people, it's in the afternoon. It's usually caused by low blood sugar levels. It's perfectly normal to have these moments of fatigue. It has been scientifically proven that you just need 10 minutes of rest/light sleep to get your system back up and working. So, if it is possible at all, try to nap for 10-20 minutes, and then get back to what you were doing. Or, if you can, try to take that nap before your class. Or eat something that will keep your blood sugar levels elevated for a few hours (e.g. carbs). Have dinner before the class. And drink enough water. It helps keep you awake and refreshed.

you may be anemic. So you better have a blood test to know the count of your red blood cells and blood sugar. Sleepiness, aside from anemia is also a sign of diabetes. But to be sure, go and see a doctor.

I had that subject whilst i grew to become into no longer eating breakfast or lunch. Please make certain you consume some protein and carbs each 3 hours or so. attempt packing those crackers and cheese issues and eating that at lunch and spot if it enables! Or hypersensitive reactions reason that for me too. Zyrtec works to wrestle that.
