would protect against terrorism and drug money laundering by keeping track and record of all transactions, many of these "small businesses" and convenience stores money launder and don't give receipts, gov. feels ok if pay taxes (like al capone, mainly charged for not paying taxes on ill-gotten gains lol), but no record of transaction, wouldn't it be good then you could return your rotten milk and have a record of purchase lol place in bone where could not be removed easily, and bone would show tampering lol

I do not like the idea of implanted chips or fingerprint scanners
I can give up my wallet during a robbery , to give up the chip you either give up a limb or get cut up ,and fingerprint scans , ???
it would be easier for a crack head to cut off your finger than it would be for him to ask you for the money or steal it from you
