So I've always had plump luscious golden blonde hair, I decided to dye it. I dyed it brown some, then I went to black. When I went black, I started noticing my hair was ruined, it was cracked, frizzy, dry and horrible looking. Not to mention it was just falling out everywhere. When I put conditioner in it, its great. But still.... And we've been noticing a bald spot near the top where the hair swirls out. I've tried vitamans, everything. I dont know what to do. I have alot of stress in my life, but I've had that for years. Is it possible the spot was there to begin with and I never noticed it? ....Help me Arg, Its only about the size of a quarter and a half if smaller and its not that noticable, but I know its there and I want it gone.

Honestly we can't really help, you should go see your doctor. Are you a guy? Perhaps you're just balding? Not that that's a good thing, but it's not exactly unusual either. If you're a girl then I think you should definitely see a doctor. Try to eliminate some of that stress and don't process your hair anymore. Cut it as short as you can stand and let it grow out.

Well it could be alopecia which stress can cause but it probaly hasnt helped with the fact your hair has been damaged, im imagining that the spot is on your crown(top of your head) from what you described so it may also be just a case of your hair being so dark now you can see the lightness of your scalp more, its often where the hair lies flatter so dont worry too much the more you worry and mess looking at it the worse you will think it is! Theres no immediate quick fix for damaged hair id recommend using oil to rehydrate the hair ( you can buy olive oil for medicinal purposes, or hot oil they sell in chemists) Have a trim and eat plenty fruit and drink plenty water also use a good conditioner too. i wouldnt dye it again for a while and try to keep styling and drying to a minimum. Hope this helps
