Bald spots do heal, the best way is to see a doctor, he will give you the right medication to apply to those spots. It happened to someone I know once, he went and see a doctor, and the doctor helped him out. After they he had to be very careful with the kinds of shampoo he used though, to prevent future damage.

How did you get the bald spots? If you're going bald like some men do, I think you're out of luck. If you chemically damaged your hair and it fell out in clumps, it's possible it'll grow back unless the root is damaged. We need more info to answer your Q. And i wasn't aware that dandruff could be repaired over time, I know it can be controlled, but I don't know if it just goes away... I don't get the connection between bald spots and dandruff.

Unfortunately not friend.

Baldness is a problem that affects millions of people, some of whom are absolutely desperate to see a cure for it. So desperate infact that they will buy any pills or lotions they can get their hands on, not matter how counter-intuitive the idea seems.

Surgery would work. After all, you're grafting more hair onto yourself.

But pills and lotions and 'fertilisers' will do nothing. If someone had a product that worked, every single medical company would be competing to get hold of it, because they could sell it to people like you, for a lot of money everytime.

If there was a product that worked, believe me, companies would not let such a huge multi-billion $ industry go untouched, they wouldn't leave it to silly little internet companies. Most companies like the idea of a few more billion $'s.

Until you see something in the shops and supermarkets, and have to choose between a million different brands because so many people have made their own versions, wanting to cash in on you too, there won't be a cure.

Don't waste your money on pills/lotions etc. They are just out to get your money.

It depends how you got the bald spot in the first place.
Well a few years ago, I used to tie my hair up soo tightly and i practically weakened and ripped out a small chunk of my hair in the back. I had a little bald spot, so I went to my dermatologist and he gave me an injection in that spot and a few weeks later, the hair started growing back. The hair is still a little thin and weak in that area to this day, but it's much better than having a bald spot.

I hope this helps!

You can try treatments like Rogaine - they work for some men (and women, for that matter). Otherwise, you would most likely need hair transplants, or some other means of covering the bald spot(s).
