IS IT NOT GOD'S PRESENCE????
We cannot see morality or "Good", but we can feel it in our hearts.
We cannot see God, and yet, we can feel him in our souls. We live in a physical world, and perhaps, God inhabits a world that is much more boundless. It takes the utmost intellect and courage to have faith. If you agree, indulge me; tell me what fortifies your FAITH. In this liscentious modern age, we believers need all the faith that we can get, and we need to be "Rays of Light"...and God--"the beacon."

CompassionateSoul has very mercifully given answer by giving The url is http://www.krishna.com/main.php?id=33...

So after searching through the url, some points came about.
Of course, as CompassionateSoul you may read the books online for more proper understanding.

Lord Sri Krishna says in the Bhagavad gita(19.61),
The Supreme Lord is situated in everyone's heart, O Arjuna, and is directing the wanderings of all living entities, who are seated as on a machine, made of the material energy.

Comparing the soul and supersoul sitting on the tree of body,
both the Katha Upanisad and Svetasvatara Upanisad say,
"Although the two birds are in the same tree, the eating bird is fully engrossed with anxiety and moroseness as the enjoyer of the fruits of the tree. But if in some way or other he turns his face to his friend who is the Lord and knows His glories—at once the suffering bird becomes free from all anxieties."

So, the Lord is telling from within the heart what is good and what is bad. This is conscience coming from the Lord. The soul can choose the good or bad since it is endowed with the free-will.

The supersoul is only acting as the witnesser and sanctioner.as mentioned in the Bhagavad gita(13.23),
"Yet in this body there is another, a transcendental enjoyer, who is the Lord, the supreme proprietor, who exists as the overseer and permitter, and who is known as the Supersoul."

So, your below points are right in the light of above authoritative scriptural conclusions. IS IT NOT GOD'S PRESENCE????.
We cannot see morality or "Good", but we can feel it in our hearts.

It most emphatically is NOT god's presence. Morality derives from evolution, which applies to societies as well as species: a society which lives by a sound moral code will survive preferably to one that does not. Since murder and theft are rather obviously destructive to any society, moral codes generally denounce them. A conscience is simply the result of training in the morals of the society. Faith is not good -- it is, in fact, the ultimate evil: it is the deliberate rejection of the ability to apply logic to evidence, which is the distinguishing feature of the human race. To have faith is thus to reduce oneself to an animal.
