You don't need others approval if you have God's approval.

By meditation and prayer you can tide over shyness.

Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

Sounds to me you are lacking in self esteem I used to feel the same way and it stopped me from going out especially on public transport. Perhaps you could try some healthy self esteem behaviours ,always remember you are as good as the next person. Its the inside that counts not the outside I am sure you are a good person. Good luck.

Just focus on what you are doing.. and be yourself. The reason you are worrying about what they think of you is because you are insecure about what you look like. I also suggest that you try taking care of yourself...

You are fearfully and wonderfully made, remember that. God bless!

Of course we all go through life wanting people to like us. Right? I know I do...but thats not the case. Not everyone will and the same goes for us, we won't like everyone we meet. I believe that once you are secure you will therefore be confidant. Learn to be okay with YOU!!!
