My Dear Friend,
First of all, Limewire is Hard Spyware. It will demolish your entire computer system and throw all your personal information on share...I request you NOT TO USE LIMEWIRE AT ALL.
Better to use Bit-torrent software or more better buy a affordable CD/DVD.
Take care of your computer more...It will take care of you in coming days.

Go to www.limewire.com
Click download in the list going across the screen. Choose the red block that has basic and it allow you to download limewire free.

Search different p2p's for Limewire Pro....That's how I got my full version. By the way make sure its a pretty good file size if's it's a really small file size it's most likely a virus

If you're trying to download media, I'd suggest using the bit torrent network.
You can find Azureus, a bit torrent client at http://azureus.sourceforge.net
also, if you're interested i have a tutorial on how to set it up and use it.
If you want to listen to free music online, without the hassle of downloading it, there is http://www.pandora.com it's an internet radio station based off of the bands you put in that you like.

Yup... What he said.. Download the basic version for free -- ofcourse it's always going to ask you if you want to 'upgrade to Pro version'.... Most people probably just click No and carry on downloading.

If you're asking whether or not the act of DOWNLOADING the files is free, well, it's at your own risk... Music, don't worry about it, but once you start downloading 'free' sofware w/ cracks etc, it's definately at your own risk...!! -- SO YES, DOWNLOADING ANYTHING IS FREE.

howdy as said just google limewire or there is frostwire ,just google that and download it. its just like limewire but has more contacts.

go the www.limewire.com...click and download it...it will ask if you want some advanced package with cost money and then it will ask if u wanna basic package which is free...just follow the prompts that say recommended beside it when u download...i have it and its great just watch out for viruses
