Skin covering double eyelids?

Hi, I have annoying skin above my double eyelids which was not that before, it's covering my eyelids and I'm only 17. Please help me out.

i suggest going to see a dermatologist,,, you can help you determine what is causing this,,,,,, at 17, your eyes nor skin around them should be changing that much
