Patients in the hospital get bed sores from not being turned. You must reposition the cat several times a day. I have heard the honey thing but if that does not work you have to see the vet. Decubitus ulcers, which is what this is go very deep. Good luck.

Some scientists and medical workers have found that honey (especially dark-colored variety of honey) works well in treating bed-sores.
Cover the cat's bed-sores with honey and put a bandage on top to prevent the honey from smearing all over the place. Wash the cat's bed-sores and apply new honey with bandage daily.
According to some studies, this honey-treatment works even better than conventional drugs that are normally used to treat bed-sores.
Also, you have to turn the cat from one side to another regularly to make sure that it doesn't spend too much time lying on one side and cutting off blood supply to the skin there. Poor blood supply due to the pressure of lying on one side too long is the main cause of bed-sores.

i might advise cleansing her with heat water and gentle infant cleansing soap on a delicate fabric my cat had an analogous situation and infant wipes even the comfortable ones afflicted him. save the sores sparkling and dry attempt to no longer conceal them with something thick (like Vaseline) the air facilitates to heal. i understand you won't be able to discover the funds for a vet. It became the comparable way with me for a mutually as. call around some vets do charity artwork for the community shelters and are prepared to handle animals despite in case you won't be able to pay. The vet i exploit works on a charge plan. If i could no longer discover the funds for a circulate to they might take a down charge in some cases as small as $20 and can enable me pay it off over the years in small quantities (no activity became charged) additionally they may well be prepared to furnish you some loose suggestion. I choose you and your kitty the bigger of success.

I certainly feel for you & your cat. Neo-sporine, an anti-biotic cream will help. Please warm it up by sitting the tube in hot water. This makes it thinner & feels better when applied. Also for her bed, purchase soft polishing cloth to keep more from developing. Good Luck
