Either you Do always call at a bad time or she may just be giving you the run around. I don't know but to me it seems that if she really wanted to be with you that she would find the time. We allways make time for what's important in our lives! Maybe she just doesn't know what she wants

You need to find out when she has freetime then
set it up,
Ask her if she is free the next day, or over the weekend
or ask her when would be a good time to go to the whatever.
Keep going for a date further in the future.
If she can't make it within a two week period.
Then
Tell her you have this friday night free.
Ask her to call you ,if she ever gets any free time and wants to do something.
Then don't ask her anymore, but make sure she hears about the fun stuff you do with your other friends, particularly girlfriends.

next time she asks you to call her tell her to call you at a certian time because you have some other things that you are doing. and see if she calls you if she does tell your nmom to tell her your out with some friends and ask if she can leave a message than wait until it's to late to call tell her than the next day tell that you are really sorry but by the time you got home it was to late to call, than ask her to call you again and do the same thing and go from there nobody likes to be on hold for to long that goes both ways

She doesnt know what she wants. She is tieing you up, while there are other available women out there. She doesnt want em to have a chance at you. Just until she works out what she does want. You are not the only one, there are others she is doing it to. Not being 100% happy with her options, she is waiting for something better to come along and if it doesn't she has you to fall back on.

Either accept her excuses and try again later, forget about her and move on, or just tell her to give you a call when she's available.

maybe she is telling the truth, however i have made excuses in the past cause i havent had the "resources" to pay for myself on dates, so try offering some cheap suggestions

if it happened more than 3 times already, dude, i think she has a problem already. one can make as many "good" excuses as possible. but very few you can validate. so think again before accepting any offer from her.

um, how many times did she cancel on ya? Once or twice may really be coincidence. Life happens. But if she makes it a habit then you might wanna just move on ;)

Could be she's just on an ego trip. Next time it happens tell her to call you when she's free. And don't call her until she does.
