Go to a community college

or start off as a Nurse assistant or an LPN (licensed practice nurse)

There are several levels of nursing. But to be a Registered Nurse, it's best to go to a 4 year college program. There are some 3 year programs, but I expect they will not be accepted in a few years.

You have to go to nursing school. You decide how much schooling you are going to obtain though. You can become a LPN with two years of nursing school. To become a RN it will take longer. One common misconception is that being a nurse is easy. You are going to have to study plenty and memorize so many things because people are putting thier lives in your hands.

first learn how to spell ....then.... in this day and age ....you NEED qualifications in that area ....college and /or university !
