im a tutor at a elm school and i like this guy i work with and i need to know some ideas on how to let him know i like him without getting embarresed about it. im not sure if he likes me. i know hes always looking at me but im still not sure so do you have any ideas on how i can let him know i like him????please help......

You are both grown up and if he always look at you it means the chances are good.
Approach him and make your moves; and even tell him that you would love to go out with him, etc., etc. or that you fancy him and would like to develope relationship. I would be flattered!

first find out if he really likes you. he could be shy since he hasnt made a move on you. sometimes guys will show signs of nervousness being around girls they like. invite him to go out to lunch with you. also asking him to give you a ride home might help break the ice.

asking what he likes or probably spending some time together would at least give him some clue on how you feel about him. try not to be too obvious though.

well its going to feel a bit embarassing like it or not. i would drop little hints at frist, if i we're you...especially if saying how you feel strait up scares you. just mention you like his shirt or hair one day, or give a ramdom compliment, ask him questions...then see what happens
