lunges are really good for the thighs and butt! (Thats what the celebrities do)

Any type of cardio. Cardiovascular exercise burns fat in your body, and will come off all over, including the thighs and hips. I like running because it also tones those muscles. Any activity that you will stick to for at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week is what you should be doing - duration and consistancy are key in this area. Focus on the habit of doing the minimum, then dial up the intensity, frequency, and/or duration as you become more accustomed to exercise.

And, don't overlook your diet in all of this. If you are burning calories by exercise, and overeating, then your efforts will be cancelled out. Eat a well-balanced, sensible diet too.

Unfortunately, outside of liposuction, you can't spot reduce. It all has to go together meaning you're gonna have to lose fat off of your whole body.

Any type of cardio (treadmill, stairmaster, elliptical, running, jogging, karate, whatever gets your heart rate up) 3 or 4 times a week for 30 minutes at a time will definitely help.

You could try eat Special K the ad on T.V says that u can loose up to an inch from your thighs,hips and guess what................also your bust. Go ahead and dig in.
