Like the vista messes up your computer, can you do a recover and go back to windows XP?

nope, vista will convert the recover file to be used on vista

No, vista already wrote over XP on your hard drive. Reinstall XP if you want but ur weird for not liking vista. How about u ask about it messing up your computer maybe we can help u fix w/e problem u cant.

There's only way to reformat your system drive (Mostly drive C) and install windoes XP.
