It sounds like you might have an ulcer or a very acid stomach.
Other than go to the doctor I would say to get a good liquid antacid and take it first thing in the morning and before meals.

If it's an ulcer eat things like jello, poached eggs and toast. You need to be on a bland diet. No coffee, No sodas, No Fried Foods

I have had an ulcer they are not fun.
Good Luck

If you would have given some more info answer will be correct. Consult doctor if it is due to ulcer or appendix.
If you have constipation treat it with green vegitables and salads. Have a glass of warm water +1/2 fresh lemon juice early in the morning. Citrus fruits like grapes, orange help. Three days fast with them will solve your problem, then use for breakfast and afternoon.
Always eat with hunger and avoid eating without hunger.

Sounds like you have irritable bowel syndrome. You will need to address your diet, eliminate spicy, hard to digest foods. Start a bland diet, soft, boring tasteless stuff. It will help heal your intestines and stomach. Be sure to remain upright for at least an hour after eating. You can take Tylenol for pain, but avoid Ibuprofen,it's very hard on the stomach. Good luck.

you need to get your appendix checked out somtimes that can cause pain in that area. here are some symptoms:

Severe right lower abdominal pain
Constant pain – it usually doesn't come and go
Gradually increased pain – the pain will usually get worse and worse
Fever
Refusal to eat
Vomiting – this is sometimes present, but not always
Refusal to walk – a child with appendicitis will often lie down curled up in a fetal position

If that is not for you then go to the site below.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
