1993 dodge colt light came on dash?

I own a 1993 dodge colt. This light came on my dash--> (!)-- this is red. What does this mean does anyone know?

Check your emergency brake. It might not be all the way enabled.

Any red light is bad, check brake fluid level and engine oil, do not drive anymore with a rd light on.
