Palestinians in Saudi Arabia are relegated to officially sanctioned second-class status incorporated into the legal and social structure of Saudi Arabia. Ahmed sought to portray this treatment as persecution providing grounds for asylum. He testified that although his parents have lived in Saudi Arabia for 50 years and Ahmed was born in the country, neither he nor his parents have been able to obtain Saudi citizenship because Saudi Arabia reserves citizenship for people of Saudi descent. To remain in the country, Palestinians must renew their residence permits every two years for a fee of 2,000 Riyals (about $530). Palestinians must also be "sponsored" by a Saudi Arabian citizen to own real property, work, or own a business. To illustrate the harsh effects of this requirement, Ahmed related that his father had successfully operated and
expanded a grocery store for 15 years, only to see his Saudi sponsor - the de jure owner of the store - take the business away once it makes money.

mmm no taxes on the goods coming from Palestine.Palestinians payed more than any other foreigners. most of the foreigners ARE Palestinians. so please tell me how they are treated poorly?
PLUS this is Saudi Arabia NOT America its not a land of immigrants so even if you were born in Saudi Arabia or lived there all your life it doesn't give you the right to get the citizenship. most foreigners doesn't want to be Saudis so they live there they just wanna get more money(like the grocery store guys) and then they'll go back to their homes which will affect the Saudi economy.
and you are whining about 500$ every TWO years and you at LEAST make 50.000$ a year.
and of course every country requires a sponsor or else the world will be one country

Not just the Palestinians,
there's something wrong in Saudi Arabia
is that
for the SAME job, they have different salaries for people of different nationalities.
For example, if a US or UK citizen is doing the same job that a Lebanese is doing at a Saudi company, they would be earning many times more than him.
Can't explain why.

Palestinian government PLO or something asked the Arab nations not to give Palestinians citizenship so they can go back to their home country( to keep the issue alive) and Palestinian are treated better than any other non-Saudi( there are 10000000 expats in Saudi) in Saudi Arabia and in certain cases better than Saudis. So please don't believe that crab.

All that you said is true despite the lady Pyro_Gu says. Many Palsetinians living in Middle Eastern countries do not enjoy equal rights as their own Muslim brothers and sisters (excluding Jordan).
Did you know that the first Intifada was in the 1950's Gaza against Egypt that did not grant them equal rights? Just look at the historical facts. Jordan is the ONLY COUNTRY in the Arab world that gave them equal rights, but still Jordan was responsible for the slaughter of Palestinians in the 1970's. In most, nay, in all Arab countries Palestinians are kept like animals in order to be used as a political ploy against Israel. They are perfect definition of political pawns.
I am an Orthodox Zionist Jew and I still care more for the Palestinians then do the Kuwaitis, Saudis, Egyptian, Lebanese, or the Yemenis. I do not wish that they should be treated as political pawns; I believe that they should be granted political asylum in those counties and be made full citizens. However, why give them equal rights when their Muslim brothers and Sisters can use them as scapegoats like the Kuwaitis did during Gulf War.
Israel, on the other hand, did everything in their power to provide all of its citizens with equal rights and to accept all the refuges that were expelled from the Muslim world fast and efficiently. They were successful and now we have Jews from Muslim world living side by side with Jews from Europe and have all of the equal rights. Even the Muslim minority can vote in Israel and do what ever they want within the law. While I lived in Israel for a year I had a tooth ache and a Muslim doctor did wanders in ending my pain. He treated me with a respect even though he knew that I was an observant Jew.
I say that the Palestinian conflict would have ended long time ago...if their Muslim brothers did not get in the way of piece process. Before Saudi Arabia suggest its own Peace Plan for Palestinian and Jewish dilemma, she first needs to take care of her own Palestinian citizens by giving them equal rights.
Think of it in this way. If you are kept in a cage and every day your "master" brainwashed you by telling you that the Jews are evil and that they stole your land (which we did NO such thing) and the reason to why they are in refugee camps (since 1948) is because of the evil Jewish Zionist Plot to control the Middle East and that they need to be in refugee camps to remember that Israel belongs to them.
Can you have peace like that? In the words of Golda Meier, "when the Arabs learn to love their children more then they hate the Jews...only then could there be peace."
