Just cut out your sugar (which is cheaper than buying it), drink 8 glasses of water a day, and don't eat between meals. Up your intake of fruits and veggies, and start exercising doing something you enjoy, maybe biking or walking 3 times a week. Teens have higher metabolisms and it shouldn't take a major diet program to help you out.

Something fast! It;s something fast that caused the weight, but unfortunately it's something slow and painful that is going to get the weight off!
Push aways from the table
Healthy fresh fruit and vegetable diet with lean meat and skin removed from chicken. No Fries and definitely no diet coke or colas or sweet drinks.
Lots of exercise, start off slowly and build up the pace. Keep the body hydrated, don't be fooled that you are losing weight after exercise because the scales drop a half a pound or so This could be just fluid loss and the body needs fluids to help you burn those calories off.
I think you have made a good decision you just have to be patient and dedicated The end results will be abslutely worth it! My good wishes for success

Firstly, if you are serious about losing weight then you really dont want anything fast!!! Nor do you want ot go on a diet!
Try replacing unhealthy foods with healthly ones and less time infront of the TV and more outside running around.
Diets never work... you will end up worse for wear!

1) Front load your carbs...eat all of your starchy/grain carbs in the morning and none later. As the day grows old, carbs like these just turn to fat...so only eat vegetables and salad-like carbs in the afternoon and night. ALSO..NO donuts or pastries for breakfast...EAT whole grains like oatmeal/granola/whole-wheat toast or whole-wheat bagel. A good breakfast food that i make consists of a cup of all natural "Dannon" yogurt mixed with a half a scoop of "Advant Edge" vanilla soy protein. Finally top it off with some "Sunbelt Granola Cereal". ONLY ONE HELPING. You can get these three items at Wal-Mart.
2) NO Carbs throughout the day except for vegetables and salad. Eat lean cuts of meat...like chicken..turkey. NO softdrinks or sweets...Although coke,pepsi..etc. do not contain fat, they have a lot of sugar, and sugar turns to fat. You can also take green tea extract and cinammon extract. These will help to metabolize carbs and sugars. Don't eat more than 2000 calories a day. You do want to, however, want to ingest some fat daily. Your body does need some fat to nourish its integumentary system (hair and skin). BUT, eat a nutritious source of fat like a Peanut Butter Sandwich. P.B. has great muscle-building protein in it. If you get really hungry, snack on baby carrots or raw brocolli. As far as FAT goes, you need:
Calories/ Fat
1,600/ 53g
2,000/ 65g
2,200/ 73g
2,500/ 80g
2,800/ 93g
3) Intense Cardiovasculat workout --minimum of 3 times a week...each workout--a minimum of 30 minutes.. JOG for 30 minutes or USE the stairclimber for 30 minutes. If you are afraid to do it at the gym. Jump rope at home (you may have to take breaks for that) or run in your neighborhood. CRASH DIETING will not work...you have to eat or your body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will slow down. SO, follow my eating guidelines. Good Luck

Well, it might not be cheap, and it's certainly not fast, but start eating healthy and start exercising.
