Alright, please spare me the "diet and exercise are the only way to lose weight healthily" stuff. I know, I know, I know. But I really need some straight answers, some REAL "testimonials" about the different pills out there. If you've tried any of them let me know how well they worked for you and what else you did while taking them. THANKS!

Diet pills gave me a racing heartbeat, and may have caused heart damage. I won't know for sure for a couple years what I did to my long term health, and I didn't lose weight. That's MY straight answer - real testimonial.

When I did decide to do it the right way (no, I won't "spare you" the healthy stuff), I lost 20 pounds in 4 months, and I've kept it off for a year.

I've tried the TrimSpa and Zantrex-3 (I think I spelled that right, anyways) they both made me feel less hungry all the time and food was a LITTLE less apetizing (really, I can't spell) but for the most part they just made me feel jittery and anxious, which the feeling is what made me not feel like eating. Maybe they work differently for different people.

*By the way,*
The Hollywood Miracle Diet is a rip off, just buy some prune juice, it works the same.

I cannot give you a testimony as most of this is junk and I do not advertise anything as well. I used Hydroxycut I bought from GNC, I do not diet or exercise. Had to adjust my eating habits slightly and drop the sugar, and have lost 40 lb in 9 months. no guarantees but it worked for me

My hubby swears by the Hollywood Diet yucky drink. He also takes Stacker 3s. Both seem to work short-term, but he still has a bit of weight to lose. I tried the stackers in college...mostly to keep myself awake for studying. I lost about 10lbs pretty quickly, but once I stopped them, it came back. I think diet pills are a good way to jump-start your weight loss, but (I know you don't want to hear it) in the end you also need to incoporate diet and exercise once you get over the initial weight loss.
