lets see... im like 5'7'' and like 140 pounds in highschool right? dont look that fat, but i think i would probably look better if i lost like 30 lbs... and its pretty easy and i no i can do it, im just wondering if its worth it? cuz now i can eat watever i want wenever, and i dont gain wieght so that pretty cool, and its gonna be pretty gay counting calories every day just to maintain weight so thats y im asking this ?

total bodyweight is insignificant. you want to keep your body fat under control. that's all that really matters

First off, you dont need to lose 30. Thats a bit much. Maybe instead of cutting down on the food, why dont you hit the gym? Build some muscle, sculpt what you've already got? That would probably be the best way to go about it. Still get to eat the stuff you like while lookin good

It's not worth it. Once you start dieting, you have to continue it eternally otherwise you regain all the weight you had before, plus some. If you ever stop, you'll start bingeing and your metabolism will be slower. You'll be obsessed with calorie content, but in a moment of weakness eat a chocolate bar and then spend hours feeling guilty, and probably end up with an eating disorder.

If you are a guy, it's pretty gay to be lower than 140.
