What is the nature of the corruption in Afghanistan?

Question

I understand that besides defense and reconstruction, another reason for armed forces being there is to fight the corruption. I want to know what form this corruption takes.

I hope ot get a clear and serious answer. Can anyone contribute such a response?

Russia is a major problem there, Pres. Putin is a corrupt dictator supporting the problems there. The Taliban is a real problem that infected the place like cockroaches! We built a soccer stadium there a few years back before Dubya, and then we found out that the Taliban were using it for an execution arena? Great place right? And people were attending that like a gladiator sport? Guess what? Blow it up and start over and that is what I think of all those third world areas, if they can't put a lid on their crap? It is coming to Black and White, Feast or Famine and we better be aware of that here as well. No more Gray areas, just get it done or else is the point of no return! Our backs are against the wall here, we can't worry about a place you have never been and never will be, you must survive here and protect our soldiers there and have a home for them to come back to?
Not give it away to all these foreigners and sell us down the river and then what do we tell our soldiers? oh well dear John sorry but we hocked the country at the pawn shop? Get on the real here they are people yes but we come first!

The Afghanis are all talibans and all talibans are Al Qaeda. and all Al Qaedas are Terorists and all terrorists are muslims and all muslims believe in Christ and christ is corrupt...Jesus is not corrupt.. so god.. why are u so confused about thier corruptions...

corruption there is just like corruption here. People with power abuse it to get what they want.
