Okay. I downloaded Gladiator from U torrent and it says it has completed downloading. But when open the folder I see no video file!! It says ' seeding ' now! I've already wasted 27 hrs on it and and now it says another 27 hrs!!! What am I supposed to do?

These are the files in the folder.
Gladiator.cue(181 bytes)
Gladiator.bin(807 mb)
samplekvcd.mpg(3.775 mb)
that mpg file has only abot 10 secs.
I have stopped the seeding

BIN and CUE files are disc images. You need a programme like "Alcohol 120%" to burn the image to disc. "Nero" will also burn these images.
If you want to just watch the movie on your computer, then a programme like "VCDGear" will convert the BIN & CUE files to an MPG file.

Well first you need an understanding of the files you downloaded:
Bin/Cue files are just “image” files that CD Burning sofwares use to create a CD. With the right software all you would have to do is select the BIN file and click Burn! A lot of people suggest NERO, but since you’re a self-proclaimed newb, i’d suggest MagicISO. You just click “write CD” at the top choose the BIN file and you’re done! Remember we’re not burning the BIN file itslef, but the data contained in the BIN file as read by MagicISO

If it's seeding, then that means it already downloaded the file and is now uploading it to other torrent clinets. Just stop the process and your file should be there.
