Hi, it all depends on why he doesnt talk to you a lot, did you do something to him to make him not talk to you?
If not, yes it is possible, it might be that he's to shy, or afraid of what you might think/say to him, once he talk to you.
He might see you now and again and think - "WOW - i realy like her, i wish she would give me a sign of interest". or he might wait for you to make the first move... bottom line is - yes it is possible.

Generally, no, guys don't fall as easily as girls. This is because historically, guys are usually the ones who do most of the romantic pursuing--9 times out of 10, it's the guy starting the chat at a bar. In the role of "pursuer" in social situations, guys naturally become more accustomed to rejection than girls, and consequently become less attached early on (cause if the 1st girl says "No," there's 10 more who could say "Yes," right?) Building up a resistance to rejection means keeping yourself from getting too easily attached. So, even when things are going good, guys are conditioned to be less connected, especially early on.

Yes, because they have and image of you in their head, it's often not what you actually are, but it tends to get stronger until eventually you "fall" for that person. It also depends on that time they do spend with you, does it seem like quality time? when they are done seeing you are they eager to see you again?

YES damn how can they NOT?! personal experience:
there's this girl who sits behind me to my right and i always look at her because she's REALLY CUTE! she avoids my gaze but i always sneak glances at her. whenever she wears a skirt, she points her legs my way and teases me (subtlely). it drives me crazy (haha cliche), but yeah, she got me to randomly start saying hi to her and now we're moving on to small talk. i hope she and i can get closer~
but girls need to take every chance that the guy gives them or he will LOSE HOPE FAST. i can't stress how important this is, because i lose hope. if you are interested in this guy, MAKE SURE HE KNOWS! open up to him when he makes conversation and if he approaches you, it's not because he was simply "passing by". he wants you and you want him so go for it.

They can develop a serious crush.. I don't know if you'd call that love, or lust... they are all kinda basically the same type of feeling.
The kind of love you have for your girlfriend is more like lust than it is to the kind of love you have for your mom. It's hard to put words to those feelings.

yeah, and if that is so what more with the girls he frequently sees? If you are this girl, be more visible and you are worth his time to talk about even the corniest things.
