does anybody know how to spell ,kathy, in the hebrew writing?

Cathy would be best spelt "קתי" Although because Hebrew lacks the "Th" sound the name comes out Katy. :/

The above answer is correct. There is no 'th' sound in Hebrew so it would be substituted for a 't'.
