If you have stubborn belly fat, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. Fat is burned from all over the body, including the stomach. Cardio, running, basketball, swimming. Anything that willget your heart rate going will burn fat, and speak to a dietician about a good diet. Afterwards, do some safe ab exercises.

There's a great quote used regularly in the bodybuilding/fitness world:
"Abs are made in the kitchen".
You have to have a pretty clean and balanced diet plus some regular cardio activity to shrink your midsection.
