It could be any of fever, malaria, flu, thyroid disorder, peripheral neuropathy (caused by poor blood circulation) and may be many more causes that need to be checked out. Neuropathy also results in burning sensations, pricking, tingling, numbness etc.
Best way to find out is to go to a doctor.

I can't find chills as a symptom of neuropathy but there are medications that can cause chills. Are you taking any medications. Of course the main reason for chills would be fever but you didn't say if you had fever.
