I'm not sure how that happened--Maybe the Roman Catholic church put a can't cut and paste correctly curse on it.

Centuries back it 'was' the accepted primer for the hunting, capturing, and dispatching of witches and all things unholy. Many copies made it to the Americas and few survive today outside the custody of the Church. I believe that modern printings are available at Amazon.com.

Primarily it was concieved to cull people who threaten the mighty church with free thought and independence.

question 2 seems most interesting to me. If you accep that god can provide humans with the power to perform magic in the form of miracles, how can you diferentiate between that and witchcraft?

The majority seems pre-occupied with sex and sex-related matters, genitalia, conception and what not. I guess that's what happens when you ban the most powerful portion of your society from ever having sex.
