i am weight lifting bench pressing and curling plus takeing a powter called XYIENCE.is that a good one to get fast result for muscles.or what else?plus any tips for lifting or anything to get those muscles.o yeah i bought a powter to drink after i lift to feed the muscles.what do you think.thanx

Creatine. Age old supplement that still works to this day for guys looking to bulk up.

As for a good powder to have after a workout, Optimum 100% Whey is good stuff. If you can, blend it together with some plain dry oats and water. Your body is craving carbs after a workout cause you just used a lot up for energy to make sure you replenish on carbs too.

There's also Muscle Milk which tastes AMAZING but is a bit too fatty.
