the bubbles are left of my navel most of the time sometimes above,this doesnt sound like gallbladder to me!!?

Im really not as stupid as my question may seem, just really confused.

This would be one big medical miracle to be pregnant at 22 weeks and not know!

ive had navel spasms also.

the only thing i could find was pregnancy coming up saying that was the uterus pushing past my navel.

This definitely don't sound like gallstones. First of all, your gallbladder is not to the left of your navel. I have had mine removed and all my scars is on the right. It caused me pain when the stone went to the bile duct. It also cause indigestion, nausea, and vomiting. I suffered for 2yrs with this before I had laser surgery. This sounds more like pregnancy or a tumor like a fibroid. They can get as big as a baby's head. A relative of mine was like this. It could be pregnancy. When I was pregnant I felt pressure on my bladder and around my navel. I would suggest a local health department sometimes they do a pregnacy test or pap smear for little or no charge. I hope you find out what your medical problem is.

Well, if it is 22 weeks, it could be the baby inside kicking etc. But why do you say you don't know whether you are pregnant or not? Have you not visited a doctor and are you not under medical care? If so, and if you are in USA, ER may be a good place to visit and get a check up (if insurance is a problem). An ultrasound will tell you what is inside your tummy.
