Spend 1 night in a coffin (approx. 8 hours) or be in spend 1 night in your own bedroom...containing 100 2 inch long cockroaches?

You're right this is a tuffy. If the coffin lid can be opened then the coffin is my answer but if the coffin is locked tight then I hope I never have to make that choice!

I'd rather sleep in a coffin, then be in a bed with roaches (ugh) crawling all over me, and I'm clautrophobic.

As long as this isn't a sealed/airtight coffin...I'll take that over 1 cockroach.
