But I'm assuming you mean stress and tension.
Only advice I can give you based on the vague question is to make peace with anyone who you might not be getting along with, make sure you take about 15-20 minutes in the morning to do nothing but relax (and think about nothing)...get rid of any leaches in your life. If you don't know what that means, post some additional details.

If u want ot live without tension. Dont be tension it to others. Pray well. Hear ur parents voice and advice. Read Good Books, Read Bible. Read Good Story books. Eat Good food soft drinks. and cool Drinks. Eat vegetables. Eat Fruits, Dont eat Non veg it makes u to increase ur tension. So Release ur tension by the usage of Good thoughts. and Helping mind that cause u to realease ur Tnsion

Perhaps you are using the word tension to mean "stress" . Well, we need stress in our lives. Stress varies , depending on the situation you are dealing with. It is not the situation that causes the stress, it is how we react to the situation. It is helpful to try to discover what causes the anxiety. Then try to decide if the stress is an emotional response, or can it be resolved by a reasonable explanation. Physical activity can help to reduce distress.

Tension is mental. Keep yourself cool. Try meditations. Think positive. Enjoy every movement of life. Don't waste the good movements. Whenever you feel depressed think about the good movements you have gone through. Always say life is beautiful. We are lucky to be on the earth as humans. So enjoy every bit of it. No one knows what we are going to face the next minute. Just dont think about the future as you will feel depressed. Best of luck.

Tension said another way is stress and we cannot live without stress. There is good stress and bad stress. We need both kinds, not a lot of just always there.

There is much tension and stress in the world. Of course, we cannot live without natural tension and stress.
We cannot stand, or walk or speak or laugh without tension. Even to think, there has to be tension...................

Don' think of the past and anticipate the future. face the present boldly. Plan any thing. But don't feel if it is not attained. Don't feel joyful if it is achieved(can you). Don't have any attachments with dears and nears. Be an observer. This will make you tension free.

By meditation and prayer you can tide over shyness.
Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

There's no such thing as a tension-free life, but there are ways to lessen it. I soak in a hot tub, listen to classical music, and burn scented candles and incense. Oh, and an awesome massage never fails to hurt to ease the days problems either!
