Why would you want to? Everyone has nipples, everyone's seen nipples and it's a biological fact that some nipples are more sensitive than others. They perk up from arousal, of course, but also from stimulation of your clothing or a cool temperature. That's nothing to be ashamed of.
My nips perk up very easily, and I rarely wear a bra, so they're pretty visible. It's no big deal and as far as I'm concerned, being ashamed or self-conscious about something as innocent as a perked up nipple is being unfair to yourself.

The most comfortable option would be padded bra's. But it all depends on what you are comfortable with. Using sticky stuff round the nipples might lift the skin so that is another thing to think about

I would suggest wearing a bra with a thick lining. If you are wearing a shirt in which a bra is not needed, try band aids. Another way to conceal this is by layering. The more layers you have on, the better.

I don't know where you are based but if you go to a La Senza they sell these things called nipple covers they come in different skin tones and shapes they are quite good

a groovy chick i worked with a long time ago had the same thing -- and i think i remember her saying that you could buy "nipple shields" in the higher-end department stores. they were stick-on, for people who wanted to wear very sheer clothing without a bra but didn't want the "hey there!" effect. for her it was for every day. (similar thing happened when i was pregnant, but that was the least of it! ;-)

It looks great on women, very sexy. I find myself coaxing mine in the ladies room to get that effect (unless it's cold!)
You can buy the sticker things in La Senza but they're not very sexy. Imagine peeling them off for your boyfriend at the end of the night. Tights are a similar thing...yuk...

You can get these little flower stickers from La Senza. You stick them over your nipples and bingo, invisible nipples!

my mom used to be a waitress & one of her co-workers would always go to the bathroom & tape her nipples down. LOL an alternative to that would be to wear "posies" (sold at wal-mart) under ur bra. i wear them whenever i put on sumthin that doesn't require a bra.
